This family rent 3 homes for 5 weeks in a stunning fishing village one hour from Gothenburg airport. They have three children and a nanny, and you will share one of the homes with her. We looked after the family last year and the lady who worked for them loved it!

If you are a HOUSEKEEPER WITH EXPEREINCE this is for two days a week with extra bits such as daily watering and putting straw down for the 2 donkeys and one mule, (in the evening another person comes in to care for them) so you just do every morning. You will be full on working on a Monday and then on a Friday as they are away in London most of the week.

The cottage for you is a delight. One bed, walled garden and unfurnished with all utilities paid. Lots of work in the village, Stow on the Wold so if you wanted to earn more, loads of jobs around. Be aware that you MUST BE A HOUSEKEEPER not just a person looking for accommodation.

The present lady, who has been there for 5 years, is ill so sadly has to move. Maybe you are retired or just wanting to cut back on work, whatever, this is a super job with lovely people, just two of them and 2 Westies.

You must be a person of quality, and I would say “front of house” style as this is like a luxury hotel so you will have to be fluent in English, very smart, and check all details when you leave a room. The property manager is hands on so yes, in the main on your own, but if necessary, she helps and is great to work with. Small dog to walk at times and to cuddle but he travels with the family.

You must speak French! Based near Nimes. The lady with 5 mature cats, is seldom at the house but all must always be immaculate. The cats need love and care as getting old now, so on medication. Over an 8 hour day you will care for the garden daily with the 2 gardeners who come in roughly, twice a week, and there is a person there, who runs the property. Security is paramount and some help in the house if needed. Your references must reflect a similar role as domestic couple and be recent and contactable.

Your accommodation in the grounds has three bedrooms and two bathrooms so you are welcome to have pets but not who chase the cats! IMPORTANT NOTE: This is for professional guardians who have done a similar role before and NOT for those just looking for a home and low hours! DO NOT APPLY IF NOT EXPERIENCED. One of you must drive and there is a car there if you need one.

She keeps staff for years and is extremely nice and loves to travel so I feel this job is one for life. The lady of this couple will not have as much to do and the gentleman must be fit and happy with outside work.

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday only. This is a post where you take over from the retiring gentleman of 20 years standing. You will pick up from the Hampstead home and go to the art gallery in Mayfair as well as driving the couple on personal journeys.

You will have to hang pictures at times and be around the most precious of objects so security clearance such as a DBS is essential. The Housekeepers will need a hand too in the house so what a lovely varied job this is! You must be able to offer another 20 years of work as they almost never lose staff and this is a long term commitment, so let me see a CV with long term jobs on it, easy access to Hampstead and be sure you are happy to work for only three days a week.
