Qatar: Female Estate Manager and House Manager. From £45k Annually Net. A little neg!

These two roles are for the multiple properties owned by this prominent family. The house manager must have worked in a 5 star hotel, must be female to abide by correct protocol and will manage staff including nannies, butlers and waiting staff.

The estate Manager will handle budgets, supervise maintenance, deal with leases and tenants and be a leader to run many staff. A degree or certificate in property management, facilities management is preferred. Also 5 star hotel experience valued.

Both roles will have a separate apartment. I believe that you could, if you have all the right experience, ask for a little more re the salary, (living in hope!) but you must have all the requirements before we can ask.

Obviously, there is more to say, but firstly only those who have the experience noted above, who will work a 6 day week with 30 days holiday and one return trip home and who are female, need apply. See below.

They get on! This role is for a couple who are happy with a young family and want to relate but give them privacy serving quietly and confidently. Note: You must already be in the UK.

Superb apartment, if you are ever there to see it! This head of the largest property company in Dubai is on the go. You will not only be a butler and valet, but you will arrange his diary too. Yes, there are PAs at the office but you will sort out the travel arrangements and diary so you MUST be good on the computer.

IMPORTANT: you must have a passport that requires no visas for Europe, Australia, Canada so PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT ME IF THIS IS NOT THE CASE. He has a young family so you must be able to relate and be fit.

This is a multi-faceted job for a very special right hand man, (no ladies due to modesty reasons) who is experienced internationally, can organise events, work with stylist and tailor re his wardrobe, also with staff on the private jet and yacht and have a valid UAE driving license.
