You MUST have a London home as this single business man is in the UK for 90 days a year. You will be on 24/7 call and travel constantly with little notice staying in 5 star hotels.

He is extremely considerate and good to work for but if you work an 18 hour day he works 22 hours, his stamina is amazing. You will liaise with the staff in the Chelsea home and so be a team player as well as have the previous related experience as VALET. Expect to be abroad for around 3 months of the year.

This is not for the faint hearted as you can see. You MUST have packed and unpacked and looked after a fine wardrobe. You will liaise with the staff at base re travel arrangements but all else, including his hobbies which are mainly car orientated, will be up to you. You will also assist at functions, running errands, personal shopping and more.

He is single and British and you can say goodbye to bank holidays and weekends, but you will get time off in lieu, in fact some weeks you will work for maybe only 3 days and other it feels like 8!

The bungalow, for you, in the grounds is lovely, the lady is warm and thoughtful, the two teenage boys behave when back from school and so do the three dogs, 2 labs and a cocker. Food is easy family stuff; ready meals are OK and just tasty dishes with no fuss. Mainly cooking just for supper. There is a cleaner to help and a gardener to liaise with re flowers and veg. A husband who works from the barn and lets you get on with everything, so basically take charge.

My impression of this job is for someone who will become part of the family, who will be flexible but never taken for granted, who will walk the dogs and who is a driver and who enjoys the beauty of the gentle Cotswold villages, and the idea of country life. A quality person with whom the lady can relate to as she is home, but in a wheelchair, carers in every morning. I fancy this one so hope you do too!

Working parents from home and away, both madly busy so leave all to you. Open to hours but maybe 8am to 5pm.

You have to be active, fit and really know your stuff as the 8 acre garden takes no prisoners but what a joyous job, with great principals, gorgeous country, and a stunning cottage. Shake a wellie and contact me soonest please.

f you know you are an excellent H.K. love a varied day, Monday to Friday, where you Housekeep for a single social lady and you are happy to drive to the country for the odd day, then this is your job! At least five years’ experience essential as is the driving and no pets allowed I’m afraid. Cooking is not necessary but if you do then the odd bit of help would be great for simple light meals, she is fine cooking herself, but she is in demand so mostly entertained by others!

When she occasionally gives a dinner in her Hampshire home, she brings in extra staff so you will nip there and help the staff. Lovely accommodation in both places with the London flat being quite private, small, but modern and airy.

The lady is away for months and out most of the time and your instructions will come from her PA so actually, although she is on the go you are not really affected by her social life so this is not a stressful job at all. Well, it could be if you are not a super cleaner as she notices everything, so no cheating! Being a good ironer, a detail person and a driver opens the door to a safe, good job for life.
